Analysis and identification of needs
Each project begins with an in-depth analysis of the client’s expectations and specifications. . We immerse ourselves in the context to identify blind spots in our understanding, and adjust our knowledge. This crucial stage leads us to ask questions, always with the aim of maximizing the value of the product. Our understanding of needs is then translated into artistic sketches, bringing concepts to life and defining the aesthetic direction of the project.
Design and testing
Throughout the design process, close monitoring using the Agile method is carried out in collaboration with you to ensure that our work meets your expectations. Using our manufacturing and testing facilities, our prototyping artists carry out the design iterations that allow us to quickly test and prove our ideas.
A concept remains a concept until it is realized. Once the first prototypes have been produced, they are immediately subjected to functional and environmental testing so that we can identify areas for improvement and correct the situation, if necessary. Once the prototypes have matured and we’re into our first small series, we carry out a rigorous manufacturing analysis to identify any improvements that could facilitate the assembly and quality assurance of our products.
Depending on the project, at this point, we can make prototype assembly jig tooling or start the design for the final line. In all cases, we make sure to test and trial the on-board electronics and programming, so that you can get started quickly and get straight to the point. Applicable certifications can be identified and carried out according to your industry’s requirements.
Release from production
Moving from prototype to mass production is an art in itself. Our experience in the manufacturing world enables us to understand the stages involved in bringing a product to market.
Supply chains hold no secrets for us, and the choices we make are designed to ensure maximum stability. Buying locally is a priority and, when this is not possible, we try to select our suppliers to shorten transportation times and optimize costs.
